As much as I crib about being in Finance, the industry truly makes me excited! So, happy March ending to everyone who is celebrating!!

There is a palpable energy in the air! Some are calculating their bonuses, some are planning on moving, some are negotiating their terms! It is truly enthralling to witness and be a part of year end processes!

As March end approaches, I am reminded of the frenzy at work. Targets to be met, appraisals to be filled, goal setting to be completed and the hits and misses of the year!
