Hideous experience @bookingcom. Been chasing a refund from their supplier & them as promised for 10 MONTHS now. Sent MORE evidence yesterday, they’ve replied like I’m currently mid stay!! Hideous service. Every interaction I have to start from scratch and always given wrong info!
