But yeah some of yall still think John Calipari was the answer lol
Whether Pope ends up being the guy or not remains to be seen but stats like this should never happen at Kentucky and that blame lies solely on the previous regime

Kentucky wins a tournament game in back-to-back seasons for the first time since 2018-19 🔥

@NilesGApol I think the magic number is Ossoff +/- 5. I think he needs to be north of 5 to be able to carry candidates below over.
English

CONCULSION
#GAGov is wide-open and GA is only gonna get worse and worse for Rs heading into the 2030s. More ppl def need to pay attention.
All that said, I'm not so sure 2026 is the year GA finally cracks at the state level. A lot might depend on how well Ossoff does (END)

🧵 THREAD: #GAGov lay of the land
Ok so here's my honest assessment of things with 2 months until the primary. GOP is very much going for blood, but the D nominee needs to hope Ossoff does well bc the bench is thin and the national D brand is still toxic at the state level (1/?)

English

@NilesGApol I remember in 2020, he had a tough race. Issue was, like now, a crowded field. If there’s unification around one candidate, he most likely loses.
English

Much of the focus on Scott has been about his age and health but he has never lived in any version of GA-13 since it was created and several elected local Dems are challenging him this time (Clark is a state rep from GCo)
Nicholas Wu@nicholaswu12
GA-13 primary poll has incumbent Rep. David Scott statistically tied with Jasmine Clark, 12% undecided
English

@umichvoter I didn’t understand that. Stratton is headed to the U.S. Senate likely currently while Crockett (at best) maybe* would’ve kept Texas in single digits.
English

@electionsjoe I’m assuming it’ll probably look like this until Cook releases votes.

@BluegrassBn7n @AdamStrattonKSR They beat the Big 10, SEC, and Big East champions this season. May not be perfect but that’s confident enough for me.
English

@AdamStrattonKSR What exactly has this team done this year to instill “confidence”?
English

@amkevalevbro @NilesGApol I agree. But that is the thing, the nominee for GA Governor will have a strong impact. I’m no longer a Georgia voter, and Duncan isn’t a stellar candidate but “candidates switching sides” is less damage than “candidate drove crime and problems in Atlanta under their watch.”
English

@OlmsteadTrinity @NilesGApol Pls don't jinx Ossoff here.
It's gonna be a close race and he needs all the help he can get.
English

@kentuckyhoopsig 9:15 for Arizona and West Coast. Would love an early win to start the weekend!

Kentucky will tip off against Santa Clara at 11:15 AM in St. Louis in the first round of the 2025 NCAA Tournament 😳☕️
This is the first game of the entire day on Friday, March 20th.

Bring on the madness! The tip times are set for the First Round on Thursday and Friday.
English

@smcgohon21 @tylerE1 @JackPilgrimKSR I mean idk, A&M we lost too and UCF was tough. I’ll take Santa Clara over them. Wanted Miami’s spot but this is probably the second best spot to have.
English

Love going to St. Louis, hate just about everything else about Kentucky's draw, starting with a really good Santa Clara team to tip things off.
The first No. 7 seed in program history for the Wildcats.

Kentucky's path in the NCAA Tournament is set. The No. 7 seed Cats open play vs. No. 10 seed Santa Clara on Friday in St. Louis.
What are your thoughts, #BBN?

English

@tylerE1 @JackPilgrimKSR So did you want Houston or UConn for the second round game?
English

@JackPilgrimKSR Someone from Kentucky media with some sense. Real bad draw for the cats.
English

@DocLanceP @BleedBNetwork Lowkey wanted UConn. I don’t want Houston or Iowa State. That probably leaves Purdue as our best hope.
English

@SpeakSamuel @micah_erfan On a really good night, I can see Ohio or Alaska possibly flip but that’s it at the moment.
English

@micah_erfan I genuinely don't see that happening right now. I think they will only flip Maine and possibly North Carolina.
English

For this to happen, Democrats need to flip 4 out of the following 6:
Maine, North Carolina, Ohio, Iowa, Texas, and Alaska
Polymarket@Polymarket
JUST IN: Democrats now officially projected to seize control of the senate.
English

@hatfield0813 @BleedBNetwork With the way this Florida game is going, it’s looking more than certain at this point
English

@BleedBNetwork Agree and if Arkansas wins the SEC tourney I’m going to vomit
English

@KamWilliamsFN @KentuckyF34638 Yes I think we need to make it to Sunday for 5 seed
English

@KentuckyF34638 6 would be more than reasonable. 5 pushing it
