The attitude you choose to have in life is what mostly determines your level of success and happiness.

Lack of time is often not a valid excuse. No matter how busy you think you are, you can almost always make time to work towards your biggest goals. You just need to make sacrifices and be disciplined with your time management.

Mental toughness often makes the difference between winning and losing. If you’re serious about reaching your goals, you need to train your mental game every day.

Many coaches and athletes say practice is important, but not everyone truly believes this. Once you truly treat practices with the same importance of games, you’ll be successful.

Practice like you play, and play like you practice!

Some thoughts on pregame hitting prep. I might add throw your BP closer to the 60’6” game distance. Better for training visual timing.

High school sports aren’t a participation trophy. Age and class don’t guarantee anything. The best players play because they help teams win, and coaches owe it to the team to put the strongest lineup on the field.

As a volleyball #GirlDad myself, I know how competitive the club scene is. To have two national-championship caliber college programs in Texas, well, that’s the way it should be.

Base runners at 3B that don’t return to 3B( Inside the line) as soon as the ball is caught by the catcher are vulnerable to both delay & direct catcher picks.
