How to grow fast after landing your first Web3 job? Build a community immediately. Create a small Discord server about the project you work on (WITHOUT CM and team). Invite Mods, Ambassadors, and active community members. Coz later they might become: - CMs at other projects - Successful KOLs - Or simply friends who share alpha daily Never miss the chance to build strongest relationships. Coz "The main thing in CT is connections." I got my second Web3 job just one month after doing this. One ambassador role after TGE, $170–$200 for 6–7 posts/month (each post took ~5–10 mins).
