Clay Helton was 5-7 in year 4 having recruited 1 4/5 star DL in the last 2 cycles. Riley was 9-4 with the #1 recruiting class incoming.
The difference is ramping up vs down. Hope this helps. Oregon has 0 national championships ever btw ✌🏻

@CFBwSam That’s not how it works anymore. NIL has changed the game and players want to play and get paid. USC won’t be able to stockpile talent and get dominant. Half the good recruits they are signing will bounce when they don’t play.

If they ever win at a high level, it's over. They have 1/10th the success of Notre Dame and Ohio State, recently, and consistently beat them out for players. What happens if they get a natty?
