somehow made it through one of the hardest weeks of my life… the kind that really takes something out of you. There’s been a lot of loss, a lot to carry, more than I even know how to put into words yet. I’m just… very, very grateful. To my people who stayed close, who checked in, who didn’t disappear when things got heavy. You kept me grounded when my head was everywhere and nowhere at the same time. You know who you are. ❤️

I’m not the same woman I used to be… and I say that with a full heart and deep gratitude. Yes, my body has changed, but the biggest transformation happened in the places no one could see — in my mind, my heart, my soul. I didn’t just lose weight. I lost fear. I lost the need to be chosen. I lost the habit of betraying myself to keep others comfortable. I lost the need to prove my worth. I lost attachment to people who could not love me right. I lost the version of me who stayed silent when hurt. And what did I gain? Peace. Standards. Self-respect. Wisdom. Strength. Discernment. A softer heart with stronger boundaries. A deeper connection with myself and with God. Every disappointment changed me. Every betrayal taught me. Every closed door redirected me. Every painful season built the woman standing here today. And for that… I am grateful. Grateful for the lessons. Grateful for the pain that became power. Grateful for the tears that cleansed me. Grateful for the growth that nobody saw. Grateful that life did not let me stay where I had outgrown myself. And deeply grateful for the few real souls who stood beside me, believed in me, opened doors for me, supported me, and reminded me who I was when I forgot. You know who you are. ❤️ Today I am lighter in body, clearer in mind, calmer in spirit, stronger in truth. Still growing. Still healing. Still becoming. This is not just a glow up. This is a rebirth.
