Also, didn't Zidane play in 2005 when Henry ran rings around the whole Madrid team?

They both didn’t get each other. Don’t make it a Henry issue. Henry and Zidane played 55 games together before Zidane assisted him for the first time, and that was in that 2006 World Cup game against Brazil. It was a setpiece. They never hit it off on the pitch. Henry wanted a Bergkamp, Zidane wanted a Ronaldo. They both had different tastes in creators and strikers. Henry loved combination play and fast releases. Zidane wanted to dazzle before he releases you to do the rest. Henry wants to run into space. He’s expecting the pass asap. It was a case of two extremely gifted footballers not just being stylistically compatible. It’s not a Henry-only case as you’ve made it seem. Henry was also BEGGING for a midfielder who could play him in quickly. He enjoyed playing with Youri Djorkaeff.

9 finals. Zero goals. Thierry Henry is the definition of a sore loser. Lost to Barcelona in 2006 and instead of accepting it he got in front of cameras and erased Ronaldinho and Eto'o from the game. You lost Henry. You lost badly. Sore loser with receipts is the most embarrassing combination known to man 😭😭
