The most selfish politician in Nigeria. He will gladly ruin himself, ruin whatever party he is and even ruin the whole opposition- all for his personal greed. The most selfish politician dead or alive.

Friendship breakup is a heart wrenching experience, seems like you’re having a withdrawal syndrome, it doesn’t get better with time like they say.

We have the western and Mediterranean Diet: Western Diets are characterized by high fat, High carbs, refined foods and low fiber foods (you can make a guess) The Mediterranean diets includes Protein, grains, fiber, limited carbs and no refined foods, (naturally grown foods) All things being equal, we eat Mediterranean diets in Nigeria not until we started eating highly processed foods, fried foods, trans fat and other orishirishi. Hence the surge in metabolic diseases (bloated, obesity, diabetes, hypertension etc) If you need to reset your metabolism you can send me a DM 😊
