Wife and I are trying to figure it out if it makes sense to eventually move close to our parents for child support.
They are currently a plane ride away and even though they're helpful with the kids when they visit, it's not ideal having them live with us for 2-3 weeks at a time.
Our thought is that if we lived close by, they would be able to help out in shorter stints and it would feel less like entertaining them for extended periods.
Anyone else gone through this?

@Otis_Bitmeyer 200$ for a device that maintains temp with asics. No brainer. Essentially free heat.

So wireless control from anywhere in the house?

@Jason @cz_binance “Most individuals are happy to have their transactions monitored if it makes the world modestly safer.”
Maybe. What about those of us who aren’t happy to have someone else snooping around in our business?
English

At the end of the day, @cz_binance encouraged folks to break KYC & built his company around it, while knowing it would enable terrorists to covertly and quickly fund their operations
Most crypto folks I’ve met accept that covert funding of terrorism is the price you pay for economic privacy… a belief that is incompatible with how western societies have been architected.
Most individuals are happy to have their transactions monitored if it makes the world modestly safer.

@DzambhalaHODL Kinda wanna read the deficit myth. How does she defend that nonsense?

Kelton is celebrating the fact she has 3 books on the bestseller list, without noting the #1 book is a book about the travesty which is the Federal Reserve 🤣
Stephanie Kelton@StephanieKelton
Holding 3 of the top 5 spots. Deeply honored.

@tommy50107317 People continue to have children. That’s pretty hard.

@rot13maxi It’s to protect your head in case of a $5 wrench attack. The attacker won’t hit your head out of fear of destroying your ledger. 😜
English

Ok, so lets just put the obvious thing aside.
Why would you carry something like a ledger in your hat? Why not a pocket? Ive never looked at a thumbdrive and thought “shit, i have no room for this. I wish i could carry it on my head”
FVCKRENDER@fvckrender
Proud of this collab with @Ledger 😎 great mix of security and style! Only 100 editions available, mostly sold out already. Go on @Ledger online store to purchase 😤 Video better with sound on IG 😅

@MDBitcoin @SOFTBitpower I’m surprised this hasn’t gotten more attention. I’ve seen lots of other speculation about why he’s out, but this is the first I’ve seen that mentions his sister’s allegations.

Real or fake?
Sam Altman has left OpenAI.
What would cause this?
In 2021, Annie Altman, the sister of OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, made serious allegations against her brothers, Sam and Jack Altman.
She accused them of subjecting her to sexual, emotional, and physical abuse during her childhood.
These allegations were brought to light through a series of tweets by Annie, in which she briefly detailed her experiences and called for others who may have been victimized by her brothers to come forward and pursue legal justice.
Annie Altman's accounts of the abuse she allegedly suffered from her brothers, including Sam Altman, were detailed in her social media posts, some dating back to November 2021.
These posts were described as incredibly hard to read and included discussions of sexual assault, abuse, child abuse, suicidal ideation, severe mental illnesses/trauma, and graphic language.
Innocent until proven guilty?

@BITVOLT7 True, and….
Most people are pretty removed from what it takes to secure valuable assets because they rely on others to do it. The way I see it, bitcoin simply reveals what it takes to secure that which is truly valuable. Proof of work.
