@TheDivisionGame How on earth do you manage to make things worse?!? Seriously, it’s a skill at this point. You have silently nerfed drop rates, don’t even deny it. Just did 2 lvl5 Escalations and got 3 drops in total. Ridiculous. Also, it spawned me behind a locked door when we finished mission!

The maintenance has been completed! Based on the feedback gathered since the release, we increased Prototype Gear drop rates last week, and those improvements remain active. We’ll continue monitoring community feedback as we keep iterating on the feature. To clarify yesterday’s messaging, Prototype Gear dropping from loot crates referred only to loot crates within Escalation missions. Prototype Gear in Escalation is intended to primarily come from defeating NPCs and completing the activity. Cherry Blossom Gear Caches remain unchanged and still have a chance to drop Prototype Gear as originally designed.

@PDusana @TheDivisionGame No, it is not. There is a higher chance to get prototype named items from the exclusive ones, and lower chances to get random gear as prototypes. Go check some past streams from the first two days on Twitch and you will see what I am talking about clearly.

@division_legend @TheDivisionGame It was a bug because you would get targeted items in crates outside its category. Regardless it did add replayability.

@TheDivisionGame This is a big lie "these were not intended" the prototype would not suddenly appear in the boxes if not coded to be there, and also specific named items have a higher rate than others, like First Bloom. So you are not only proving you are dumb, but a liar as well.
