On day 2 of the #PLENspring26 seminar, students attended sessions on Health Policy, Law and Public Policy, Education Policy, Environmental Policy, Technology Policy, Working on the Hill, and Grassroots Advocacy. Thank you to all of our speakers and Verizon for hosting us!

Day 1 of #PLENspring26 Seminar was a hit with sessions Launching Your Career, Networking 101, a Diplomacy Simulation, and a networking event. Thank you to all of our excellent speakers for your time and commitment to PLEN, and to Verizon and Bobby Van's Steakhouse for hosting us.

Loved spending time with @PLENNetwork and meeting such inspiring young women to talk careers and networking. Supporting the next generation of women leaders is one of my favorite parts of this job!

My 1st year as PLEN's ED owes much to the leadership & hard work of outgoing Board Chair Vicki Klopsch. We once collaborated @ our former orgs 💚🧡, & I'm SO lucky to have worked more closely w/ her at PLEN. TY for steering PLEN thru challenging times... & for believing in me! 💜

At PLEN, we see the value and importance of education. We were glad to welcome Holly Evans, a PLEN Alum from 2024, and Claire Viall of Strada Education Foundation to speak on an Education Policy panel. It is always inspiring when our alumni return. Thank you, alumni volunteers.

Time flies when you're having fun! PLEN's winter seminar's last day started with a Learning LinkedIn workshop with Molly Kellogg and a Resume Review Session with Gamble Hayden. We closed with a session on Voting Rights Policy with Meredith Horton, Monica Wiley, and Emmy Wydman.

PLEN Seminar day 4 welcomed Stephanie Foster, Sarah Fiorito, Riley Link, Chelsea Dade, Charlotte Clymer, and Yesenia Alvarado Henninger for panels on YPs in the real world and LGBT/Human rights policy. Students toured the Capitol building, and it was another epic day of learning!

PLEN Winter Policy Seminar Day 3 at the Strada featured sessions on Women, Peace, and International Policy, Equity in Health Policy, the Hill, Networking, and a Running for Office Simulation with Running Start. Thank you to our volunteers for another amazing day! #PLEN26winter

Day 2 of PLEN's Winter Policy Seminar had great panels and simulations, with Jill Marie Bussey, Alana Cantillo, Sara Akbar, Avery Blank, Michelle DeMooy, Meredith Singer, Maheen Naeem, Jessica Brady, and Jordyn Arndt. Thank you, NEI, and to our volunteers for another great day!
