@pinkprincesswl Theres no workout that burns a certain amount of calories. All of our bodies are different. Some have faster metabolisms than others. This is a very good workout and would definitely help you lose a lot of calories. I would also throw in jump rope or replace jumping jacks with it

@hoagieboyhidlay Yup. I love when people understand athletic primes. 27-33 is the sweet spot for most high level athletes. A combination of IQ & your body at the biggest fastest and strongest it’ll ever be.

@PSUWRESTLINGBBC @Bartek_Kamyk_ @skullsike1 @PGC1a_RB > So you’re saying you’d have to take 60mg for 2 years straight to get cancer effects? Not "to get cancer effects" but to match the dose in the study. The effect size in the study was quite large so presumably there could still be effects at lower amounts

After a 1-minute consultation with @PGC1a_RB and at my brother’s urging, I got this. Cardarine (GW501516) Let’s see if it can help with my ultra-high-rep stuff.

That's not how dosages work. mg/kg dosages are always higher for smaller animals. Typically when we convert a rat to human dosage in mg/kg we divide by 6. So that 3mg/kg in a rat would only be equivalent to 58mg for you. That's still higher than what you're taking but it's no longer a huge margin
