When every team leader, Manager, GM Area/ Country Director treats the final output with that level of personal stake, you don't just get satisfied clients—albeit, you see a new Taj property almost every week – and a market cap heading for INR 1 Lac Crore… There is a fine line to walk as we grow and My two cents on this … Delegate the Process: Give your team the autonomy to execute – but do check on the Final Output—the status of a report, the tone of a client reply, the implementation of a new workflow - Success greets you when you stay close to the work.
