We had an American woman walk into Ghana and propose a rice project. The government handed her $20 million in loans and guarantees. She bought a $1.1 million house, a Rolls Royce, a Bentley, a Jaguar, and two Mercedes. Not a single grain of rice was ever grown. A US court gave her 15 years. @TruphenaMuthon Its unfortunate that the CoK 2010 did not cater for an opposition shadow cabinet. I would have loved to see a sharp, well informed, progressive one as was the case before D T Moi left. It is an effective way of keeping the President and his team on their toes.

Why is he amenable to so many derogatory nicknames? Leaders attract nicknames- affectionate, derogatory or NEUTRAL Jomo and Moi's were mostly neutral. Jaramogi and Raila's were affectionate What was Kibaki's nickname? The current turnover of nicknames is astounding
