Xbox Game Pass might be getting some new cheaper tiers soon according to a fresh leak, called TRITON and Duet. It looks like you’d get to stream first-party Xbox games through the cloud but they’d put a monthly cap on how many hours you can play. First time they’re doing limits on a paid plan. After jacking up the prices last year the new team at Xbox is saying the current Game Pass setup isn’t the final one. This seems like their way of making it more affordable for casual cloud gamers.

@arllvr The game is actually pretty simple and can be completed in around 1-2 hours tops. I honestly really enjoyed it.

@StrawderryST It’s like saying you can start on the last book of a series and we will give you a small synopsis so you know what’s going on. The problem is you are still not going to care about any of the characters because you didn’t actually go through the story and experience it.

@StrawderryST Thats all these types of statements are for, its purely for marketing so that they can have great sales numbers. They know if they tell everyone to go play the old game first then the sales numbers are not going to be as good during launch.

I'm so annoyed by their statements "you can play Rebirth without a Remake" etc, absolutely only for marketing I watched ppl who played Remake without OG, and half of them didn't understand anything that happened, at least because Part 3 isn't here yet, where all the answers are.

They are not looking to please everyone only those who want to get into their ecosystem and even then they are still ruthless.

It doesn't just fall off with a few games going multi-plat, especially if they're late releases, which people would still enjoy Nintendo is NOT as fragile as Xbox was during the 360/One era

@gkgftzb @LazyTechGamer @DVADigital323 They built their brand based off their first party IP’s as well as third party IP’s that they fought like hell to keep on their system only for better or worse. If they allowed all their ip’s on all consoles it would not the juggernaut it is today.

I mean, aren't 3rd party games like Cyberpunk, RE9, AC Shadows and all that stuff selling well on Switch 2? Despite looking and running far better elsewhere? @gkgftzb @LazyTechGamer @DVADigital323 They are third party developers their business doesn’t rely on selling a console, Nintendo’s and Sony’s does. People don’t really care about Xbox now because they were putting everything on all consoles and now Xbox is thinking of stopping that.

@WuWa_Ani_Info I think 1.0 characters should have been added to the standard banner or a store. Offering a free 1.0 or even 2.0 character of your choice for free. More high quality skins that rival Jinshi’s skin. Less pushing skins for the bike.

@VTRaven @_LightNemesis_ @James_Red1 @Dreamboum When I played the original FF 12 I didn’t understand the Gambit system because I was pretty young still and unfamiliar with RPG’s I did the story and most of the hunts myself. Honestly when I learned how to use the Gambits I had a lot more fun because it took forever by hand.

Yeah some of the end game hunts, or like the lvl 99 chocobo you arent going to clear with the same gambit you beat the game with. Youll need to make changes for sure. But youre reducing player interaction to just the gambit system. Its just another step removed from gameplay which IMO is a net negative. You shouldnt build a game that plays itself.

Stopped listening to FF fans for 20 years straight when they tried to convince me this game was bad
