reluctantly switched to openai for @openclaw today and my claw seems to have lost quite a few iq points and i’ve had to take away a lot of its responsibilities

@petergyang The real question is why use GPT when Claude is the better brain. OpenClaw lost Claude sub access but I built Atom and it runs on my Claude subscription directly. Same model, same personality, no middleman

Should have been more precise: OpenClaw now requires the full metered API key and cannot be used with the $200 Max Subscription

Anthropic shutting down OpenClaw may turn out to be a strategic blunder, or strategic genius. The OpenClaw community will be the determiner of whether it is A or B. It's an interesting moment in history. Personally I never bet against open source.

There’s an emerging wave of solo entrepreneurs who are building $100k - $1m software businesses. No VC raised, completely bootstrapped, often starting on the side while they’re still employed. The old path to building consumer businesses used to be to identify demand first by creating a series of landing pages and ad copy - before building the product. But if creating software is as easy as making landing pages - and you no longer need to raise venture capital to hire a group of engineers - why not just build a series of products instead? This is the new era of entrepreneurship

Right now, VCs care about one thing only…defensibility / moats so don’t bother pitching anything else. Like throw away the entire deck and just have one slide on that.
