Most companies would ship this. Anthropic found vulnerabilities in every major OS and browser and said “too dangerous to release.” Committed $100M to fix critical software instead. Respect

Introducing Project Glasswing: an urgent initiative to help secure the world’s most critical software. It’s powered by our newest frontier model, Claude Mythos Preview, which can find software vulnerabilities better than all but the most skilled humans. anthropic.com/glasswing

AI Concept of the Day #15 — Evals GPT-5.4 just beat humans at controlling a desktop. Score: 75% vs 72.4%. But here's the thing — that number only exists because someone built a test for it. An eval is just a test suite for AI. You give it tasks, measure the results, and get a score. Without one, "it feels better" is all you've got. The companies winning with AI aren't the ones using the best model. They're the ones who actually measured which model is best — for THEIR task. #AI #LearnAI #AIDaily

@triketora @openclaw Going from Claude to GPT feels like downgrading from a senior dev to an intern. Built Atom on my Claude sub specifically to avoid this

reluctantly switched to openai for @openclaw today and my claw seems to have lost quite a few iq points and i’ve had to take away a lot of its responsibilities

@petergyang The real question is why use GPT when Claude is the better brain. OpenClaw lost Claude sub access but I built Atom and it runs on my Claude subscription directly. Same model, same personality, no middleman

Can someone share a screenshot of what OpenClaw with GPT looks like - how much personality is there?

@garrytan Meet Atom. My personal AI agent. Runs 24/7 on my Mac off my Claude subscription. It codes, researches, handles tasks autonomously, and I talk to it from my phone like I’m texting a coworker. No OpenClaw needed. No surprise pricing changes. Built my own

Should have been more precise: OpenClaw now requires the full metered API key and cannot be used with the $200 Max Subscription

Anthropic shutting down OpenClaw may turn out to be a strategic blunder, or strategic genius. The OpenClaw community will be the determiner of whether it is A or B. It's an interesting moment in history. Personally I never bet against open source.

@ashebytes Skipped both. Built my own agent that runs 24/7 on my Mac using my Claude subscription. Same idea, zero extra cost

AI Concept of the Day #14 — The Agent Loop You talk to ChatGPT, it replies. One question, one answer. That's a chatbot. An agent is different. You give it a goal. It thinks, picks a tool, uses it, looks at the result, adjusts, picks another tool — over and over until the job is done. Perceive → Think → Act → Observe. Repeat. That loop is the entire difference between AI that talks and AI that works. #AI #LearnAI #AIDaily

AI Concept of the Day #13 — The Transformer Every AI you use — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini — runs on the same invention from a 2017 Google paper. The big idea: instead of reading words one at a time, look at ALL of them at once and figure out which ones matter to each other. That's called attention. And it's the reason AI went from "kinda neat" to "holy shit" in a few years. One architecture. One paper. Every major AI model since. #AI #LearnAI #AIDaily

AI Concept of the Day #12 — RAG Remember embeddings (#9) and vector databases (#10)? RAG is what you build with them. Your AI doesn't know your company docs. So before it answers, it searches your files, grabs the relevant parts, and stuffs them into the prompt. That's RAG. Retrieval-Augmented Generation. Fancy name for "look it up before you answer." It's why AI can suddenly talk about YOUR data without being trained on it. #AI #LearnAI #AIDaily

There’s an emerging wave of solo entrepreneurs who are building $100k - $1m software businesses. No VC raised, completely bootstrapped, often starting on the side while they’re still employed. The old path to building consumer businesses used to be to identify demand first by creating a series of landing pages and ad copy - before building the product. But if creating software is as easy as making landing pages - and you no longer need to raise venture capital to hire a group of engineers - why not just build a series of products instead? This is the new era of entrepreneurship

@jefielding Hard to pitch defensibility when AI lets anyone rebuild your product in a day. The real moat is distribution

Right now, VCs care about one thing only…defensibility / moats so don’t bother pitching anything else. Like throw away the entire deck and just have one slide on that.
