@TheEXECUTlONER_ Good call but! When giving the warning to coach/team, tell the offenders to carry the bat down the baseline. When they come to bat, remind them. Have the coach remind them. Preventive umpiring.

This umpire gave this kid and his team two warnings for throwing the bat at the catcher. He told them if it happened again they were going to get ejected from the game. Well….it happened again. The batter hit the ball back to the pitcher and the pitcher overthrew first base. But, the umpire called a dead ball and called the batter out and ejected him from the game. The coach came out to argue and said the batter didn’t throw the bat, that it was a regular follow through on the back swing. He told the umpire they had it on film. The umpire said he had it on film too. Then the third base coach came down to argue and the umpire told the coach he was wrong and that he had it on video. You can hear the parents screaming at him. Some people said that was a terrible call and he let go legally on the follow through. You can also hear them tell the umpire that he had it out for that kid. 🤯 But a lot of people sided with the ump and said he handled it well and with that many warnings that it was a fantastic call. 💯 The umpire gave the same kid two prior warnings. Even if it wasn’t intentional, there has to be consequences after a third time. He could seriously injure the catcher. This will help the batter in the future hopefully. What do you think? Was this the right or wrong call?

So the @Big12Conference continues to do things that undercut it's already P4-worst revenues. Cutting the fines for skipping bowls -- something that hits the bottom line of all their schools and will only incentivize more to do it -- as they continue to sue Tx Tech for doing something they never actually did (play Brendan Sorsby) and trying to stick them with the legal fees despite fellow league member Cincinnati having actually played Sorsby the last two years knowing all about his gambling issues (according to USA today and Sorby's agent). Usually conference favoritism goes towards the biggest brands that have the ability to help bring additional revenue to the league instead of the bottom feeders, but not in the Big 12 apparently. The have-nots and the bitterness they have toward the biggest 'have' clearly rule the league. A few years from now when more realignment happens and this league falls to Pac 12 status maybe they'll start to understand the importance of maximizing revenue.

Iowa State & Kansas State appealed $500,000 fines from the Big 12 for opting out of bowl games last year & had those fines reduced to $250,000 each, sources told @On3

Did the @Big12Conference @TexasTech @TexasTechFB too far? Some Red Raiders fans are openly talking about leaving for the SEC or Big Ten. Calling on @CodyC64 to do something even But frustration doesn’t automatically create an invitation. Breaking down the big 12 fans vs Tech war, Cody Campbell factor, conference politics, whether any exit path is actually realistic and why ultimately the big 12 and Tech NEED each other. 🎥 New video live now. youtube.com/watch?v=8Ygjlr…

This is the IQ level of the people in the @Big12Conference clutching their pearls about Tx Tech potentially playing Sorsby this fall but having no concern about Cincinnati knowingly playing Sorsby the last two years. And the clown in this video -- pointing fingers at TT -- graduated from a school who in the last couple of decades: A) had a basketball coach try to cover up one of his players murdering his teammate by creating a false story about the murdered player being a drug dealer B) had a football coach, Athletic Director, and University President trying to cover up a dozen or so rapes by the football team. Yet this low IQ hypocrite thinks Tx Tech following a court order allowing Sorsby to play this fall is terrible for college sports.

The Big 12 has not yet dismissed its lawsuit against Texas Tech over Brendan Sorsby. The conference may want legal fees from Tech -- and it may be leery that Sorsby will eventually sue the Big 12 for forcing him into the supplemental draft. nbcsports.com/nfl/profootbal…

There are also some Big 12 ADs who would like to see Texas Tech pay for the legal fees accumulated in all of this, a source said.

TOO smooth 👌   Texas Tech sophomore Christian Anderson earned All-America and First Team All-Big 12 honors after averaging 18.5 points and a Big 12-best 7.4 assists per game. He set a new Texas Tech single-season record with 244 assists and knocked down 108 threes, the second-most in program history

The Big 12 presidents and chancellors haven't rushed to pull the league's recently filed federal lawsuit because there are still questions about Texas Tech quarterback Brendan Sorsby's NFL future and any possible legal retribution, a source told @CFBHeather. spr.ly/6013BDrygX

I don't think it's pretentious at all. It's my opinion watching the bush league way your conference handled the whole thing. Thanks for writing your article though because it was a perfect example of what I was talking about.
