True that. I fought many battles entirely alone against my employer and union for 30 years which cost me everything, including my marriage and (literally) my sanity. And what did I get in return for doing so? Nothing but shit and abuse from my chickenshit peers/coworkers and a PTSD disability diagnosis to boot. With the moral of my story being, if you're determined to take the system on choose your battles wisely and don't expect just anyone's backing. I say this knowing from first-hand experience that most people are followers, at best, and cowards at worst.

FOR WIDEST DISTRIBUTION ACROSS THE WORLD. My friend Jeff just got fined for walking into the woods in Nova Scotia. He did it intentionally to challenge a law so outrageous it has no place in a free country. Before the Convoy, Jeff swore an oath to this nation. He signed over what the military calls Unlimited Liability. He accepted the possibility of his own death to protect the survival of his country. You do not ask a man to risk his life for your freedom and then punish him for stepping into a forest. You do not take his sacrifice and then allow politicians to rule over him with unchecked power and absolute impunity. Jeff has taken the first step in this fight. If we do not stand with him, we send a message that politicians may act as monarchs rather than as servants of the people. We tell them they can trade our rights for privileges and face no resistance. If we allow this, they will return with greater restrictions and they will never stop. This is not about a fine. It is about whether we are citizens with rights or subjects who beg for permission. I am standing with Jeff, and I will help him fight this all the way. Stand with us. Refuse to yield. Push back against this abuse of power before it becomes permanent. @JeffEvely

@kathrynit45 @TheophanesRex No, primarily because Nazi Germany did not flood that country with immigrants in order to sway the vote in their favour. Quite the contrary then...

The Sean Feucht controversy has brought to the fore, once again, the fact that a large percentage of Canadians view other people’s rights as being subject to their approval. At the slightest hint of a difference of opinion, they consider other people’s rights to be forfeited.

2060. Tamara Lich and Chris Barber — organizers of the Freedom Convoy, a protest against vaccine mandates for a virus nobody remembers — arrive at the courthouse to finally face sentencing in what the Guinness Book of World Records has officially declared “the longest mischief trial in human history.” Court proceedings were briefly delayed after Barber’s walker set off the metal detector and Lich mistook the judge for her great-grandson.

While the rest of the world negotiates trade deals with the Americans, Canada is busy doing the chicken dance clucking with their elbows. We have to be the stupidest fucking group of people on the face of the planet.

@sonofomenuko @rupasubramanya Clearly, you don't know a bloody thing about the namesake Singh, which sex its bestowed upon at birth and/or why that is exactly. As for my question, it was rhetorical and intended to flush out goofs like you.

The Singh-dicate strikes again! Two men, both 22, come to Canada without speaking a lick of English (how does CBSA let them in?) commit crimes, and taxpayers will gladly cover your legal bills, including an interpreter, and prison stay. Welcome to the clown show called Canada.

Who believes those who orchestrated this asinine boycott of American booze have gone without it from the onset of this elbows up folly? If history has shown us anything its that prohibition only affects/punishes the schmucks who abide by whichever law dejour the suits conjure up. While those who aren't, and don't, always find a way and manage to procure their favorite vices.

Epstein is the linchpin that brings down the elites, including the elites in Canada. Trump is the stop gap, and he knows it. I've been sympathetic to Trump up until now, but damn, this looks bad. I guarantee his name is on that list. Hoax, my ass.

@JonFraserTF @TD_Canada In Canadian law its called "one-party consent" and you have every legal right to record conversations pertaining to your personal interests being discussed at the time.

So interesting question to my lawyer followers. Given my recent customer service fiascos lately with both Bell and @TD_Canada, I decided to that maybe I should record my calls with the company. When I told the TD rep today that I was also recording the call, he stopped and said I wasn't allowed to do that and that he would end the call if I kept recording. Given the one party consent law in Canada, was I legally obligated to tell him I was recording and more importantly, what right does TD have to tell me that I can't record?
