Hey @PicMonkey I’ve restarted my laptop twice and logged in and out of my account twice and I’m still unable to remove background on photos I have removed it for previously

@Shutterstock your @PicMonkey integration to Facebook for login is not working and I need to make a thumbnail for a livestream soon. Can you fix it soon? The error message from @facebook is: "This app is not accessible right now and the app developer is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated."

@PicMonkey We pay for them I'm not sure what the issue is." GrubHub photos do not depict our food so we don't want them. So they run away our customers with this. NO PHOTO AT ALL

@PicMonkey They're refusing to accept this photo, a blend of what I purchased and our own photos. Of course yours are more colorful nonetheless they are purchased, which means they're ours. I think it's quite Beautiful as a cover photo. 💗

@PicMonkey just logged in to make a new image and it won't let me download it. It is asking me to renew. PicMonkey automatically renewed my subscription on Sept 23, 2023. Very frustrated!!!

@PicMonkey good morning! Is there an error for background removal at the moment? Every time I try to do it, it says ‘we can’t remove this background right now. Try again later.’ Not sure if the error is my end or yours?
