Tl;dr is *enjoyment*.
Long awsner, some people just want more rewards, some people enjoy a challenge and pushing the limits.
Why do anything different/not optimal ever in anything?

@PiersSPS @XDDDD_ARPG thats not what I mean. Its the same thing that happened with factories, people ended up following perfect layouts instead of engaging with that part of the game.
This mode is getting reduced to the Estella/Wulfgard/Gilberta comp. Why bother with Laevatain if it's just worse?

I'll be honest, this gamemode is ass.
No dodge is a horrible design, the freeze just forces you to play Estella or a brute force team and has no actual strategy, half of the mobs just randomly run away and don't get hit by AoE which leads to a restart. #Endfield

@EmaDeOlta @XDDDD_ARPG Because if you *do* like the model itself and the challenge you *can* go for max, figuring out who is best and cracking it like a puzzle.
If you *don't* like the mode you can use characters you *do* like and get *max rewards*
Estella and WG and not *needed* at all for risk 20

@PiersSPS @XDDDD_ARPG ofc its better for players, but then whats the point of this? You're playing a mode with characters you don't like because they are meta for rewards to pull for characters you do like, but then you wouldn't play them because they're objectively worse 🤔

@EmaDeOlta @XDDDD_ARPG The fact that Estella and Wulfgard are some of the best units for this one is *good* for players when most games almost always have the best characters be the brand new banners or recent ones.

MAX risk isn't intended to be cleared without issue or careful planning or observation of toolkits, hence no rewards for it

@XDDDD_ARPG It's designed to give players a range of options so they can get the max rewards without being pidgin-holed or forced into a single option. And the current design making low rarity units viable or even valuable is refreshing compared to other gacha games.

Ok, I get it.
Some of you really love this gamemode at risk 20, but I prefer to fight bosses and not waves of low difficulty trash mobs.
Maybe once the fresh new experience falls over you'll get my point.

I work in customs processing for a large, well-known logistics provider here in the US. Our regulatory dept just informed us minutes ago that collectible toys for adults are exempt from CPSC cert requirements

@seungmina56 @Angel_Dog123 That's the biggest issue we're facing if we want to avoid any merch shipping problems. There *isn't* really a code for most things because our gov can't think proactively and sees most stuff for entertainment as "toys"

I’m making a spreadsheet of the toy codes in particular and it’s “9503.00.0090” that is the code people are fretting about, as most merch fits into this code, plushies, dolls, acrylic stands.

As far as I know any "stuffed toy" or "doll" is considered a children's product by customs, isn't it?

tldr, longer bit with sources below (im a not professional) the only thing that changed was how the importers file and maybe some extra stuff they have to file, the current cases that have been confiscated are just edge cases of being unlucky and the importers filing improperly.
