Another shame by @bonkfun
BonkFun organized a viral meme contest on July 13.
Now, here’s the reality:
Several contest winners have reached out to me, confirming that they have never been paid, and it’s been over three weeks now (the contest ended on July 22).
The person managing the contest even told one of the winners that they “think” @SolportTom had already sent everything, which is absolutely not the case (the organization look completely chaotic). Now, they’re just leaving messages on read in DMs with no updates.
Additionally, there has never been an official announcement of the contest winners,everything is handled only via DMs, making the contest very unclear.
The Bonk community is still waiting for the official announcement with no news, and winners still haven’t been paid.
@SolportTom , if you truly want a strong community, you should reconsider your priorities.

🚨 VALENTINE COMMUNITY UPDATE 🚨
CTO = community takeover. It should never be a one-man show.
Right now, one person — @BrenTheWolf — has unilateral control:
Sole custody of the creator-rewards wallet (no public spend reports; we have no visibility into how funds are used), and Sole admin power across our channels (Telegram, X, IG, TikTok, fan pages) with the ability to remove anyone. That’s zero oversight and zero accountability.
What we’re seeing:
People are ignored or removed for asking basic accountability questions.
The mod team is being banned. Today several helpful mods were kicked (including myself) who didn't violate community guidelines, but Bren has unilateral power.
Bren won't even let us hold a vote to see if community wants multi sig.
Wallet is single-custody with no transparent reporting on inflows/outflows or spend toward roadmap items.
He’s promoted/launched multiple tiny caps (Pumpjak, Coby, Kenn, GTA, VALON), tagging #Valentine; several rugged quickly. Receipts attached in next tweet.
Morale has dropped. Early supporters still hold but don’t want to engage with the chaos.
A few days ago, long-time contributors opened a Telegram room to fix this. We also contacted the BONK team; if the community elects a new CTO, rewards can be routed to a multisig.
My part: I’ve done most of the art on the fan pages. I asked for the basics any project should have:
- move the wallet to multisig
- publish a simple spend report + short roadmap
- hold an AMA. (A community poll showed ~80% “yes”; it was ignored while AMAs happened for PUMPJAK.)
I got one reply, then silence—while activity continued elsewhere. My art keeps getting posted with no coordination. Still no transparency on funds.
Bren—ask: step down as sole custodian today and hand off control so we can stabilize things.
Immediate hand-off (today): transfer the rewards wallet to a 3–5 signer multisig and transfer ownership/admin of Telegram, X, IG, TikTok, and DEX profiles to the interim support team.
If you cooperate, you’re welcome to stay on as a contributor under the same rules as everyone else.
If you refuse within 24h: we’ll stand up new official channels, update DEX, and ask BONK to reroute creator rewards to the multisig. Ops will run fully in the open.

• Multisig live + public wallet dashboard
• Monthly line-item spend reports; bi-weekly roadmap
• Weekly AMA
• No arbitrary bans/ignores; open support; everything for the project

This make clear @theunipcs @SolportTom and all the bonk ecosystem support cabal. In order to receive the creator fees for Rudi they asked us to make a community pol, so community could have decided what’s the better of the project. We did it and 97% agreed. Than we did a multi-sign wallet so the fund will be used wisely according to the community willing and not only by one person. Even if @cryptoedzisanut spent money from his own pocket for listing and other things. This is not against you or Valentine but against this system, when someone knows someone can get things easily and also have support from big player. When real people with good intention want to do something they make it harder to accomplish What’s really matter is that at the end hard workers and real community always win!!
