@AndrewJames1901 He and defo took a lot of confidence to drop some of the players he has had to. Young manager (not an excuse at this level) but at least he seems to be learning and adapting from his mistakes.

To be fair mate not all of that was his fault, we’ve had HORRENDOUS luck with injuries and the random missing player each week hasn’t helped.
But on more than 4/5 occasions this season I have questioned his substitutions/decisions on lineups but it’s certainly improved massively recently.

@ZacDjellab Good Manager, paying him off will be cheaper then a relegation.
1) Heard Spurs fan talking about Igor being too harsh so being the wrong move, he will be worse with the players.
2) He should of gone to a club who are able to fall in love with their managers like NUFC, God Complex

De Zerbi has only lasted more than 91 games at a club once... Half of his club roles have lasted 30 games or less... He didn't hit the 2 year mark at Brighton or Marseille... And Spurs want to offer him a 5 year deal with 7 games to prevent disaster? It's just not necessary!

Better than Mason, Redknapp or Keane in the short run, and if you have to weaken yourself in the long run would be worth it.

Really feel we are going to end the season well.
While we only earnt 1 league position last season, think league is more choatic this season and could see a bigger jump this season.
Luckily Fabz has been our most successful "season run in" manager.

Think our second run at Europe could be quite successful, sure Ro16 last time but compared to English sides (over the last 15 years) was decent.

@Fall3nV09 @Brightonian_ @Beardlar They have 16 GA against them all season, half of 2nd, Coppola has a higher ceiling them the 3 but right now (what matters) Mac Allister and Burgess are better, Sykes is better at distribution. Coppola plays for Paris FC would be the bench option at USG.

@PlayThenSay @Brightonian_ @Beardlar You never know, the whole point is getting them into a much more competitive environment that is not detrimental. I've looked at their squad and how they played Watson and Coppola would definitely have been options for them.

Finishing is a skill and can improved, what is impressive for someone his age is the reading of the game to be able to time those runs.
