Just heard that my most beloved one is out of surgery and okay! After a loong 10hrs of barely speaking I now feel like shouting from the rooftops! For the first time in many many years, she doesn't feel like talking. The silence is strange, and I feel guilty for enjoying it.. 😶🌫️

I have been needing this solitude for a good while, the doggies are confused but they will get used to me:) I may be the quiet one, but I also make popcorn at midnight sometimes 😏

@kyliemal72 Wallabies:) I've been lucky enough to live near bandicoots tho, and see her raise babies. Miss her. We used to surprise each other in the dead of night, she'd come screaming round the corner of my caravan while I was having a cheeky smoke. We both 'eeped' at the same pitch 😅

@emmiellifluous I can only imagine.. Any way to process is good! I haven't been back since being misdiagnosed and put on horrible drugs, but I know there are good ones out there. Good on you for persisting:)

It’s a lot to process.
Sometimes, just writing down everything that happened at the visit helps me sort through a lot of it & figure out if it is a good fit or not, so that’s what I’m doing. 🙃

I have an appointment with a psychiatrist tomorrow & I’m extremely anxious. 😬 The last time I saw one was about 8 years ago, which was a couple of years before I found out I’m AuDHD. I’m hoping the appointment won’t traumatize me more than I already am.

@JurassicConifer Just for sleep really.. I did some night gardening tonight, & am accounting for extra exercise (panic attack, lol). Balancing blood sugar overnight has been crazy difficult lately. Also that banana wasn't gonna last much longer & I hate wasting food, so.. ;)
