@PoGo_Charge @OctopusElectro charging 20p per minute for parking , or £12 an hour! Is utterly obscene and unconscionable! Especially when the location has 'free' parking for 45mins; how is this acceptable?? This is on top of the charge rate and another service fee?!

@PoGo_Charge I am at Holiday Inn Olympus Ave, CV34 6RJ , the parking company charges £10 , a full day rate to use charger . How is this justified ??

@AllunDavies Hello, we are aware of the issue of ICEing at this location and are in the late stages of deploying ANPR at this location as we look to ensure EV drivers can use these chargers.

@PoGo_Charge I’m told you are paying to rent this area from M Cwmbran shopping, parking isn’t being enforced by M despite you being their tenant basically. A few minutes After the pic all spaces were full of ICE cars! Couldn’t charge mine. Not one space free.

@CaringSpart Hi, we have clear signage on the charger screens and signage on-site saying you can register for free parking via the QR code or hotel lobby for your charge duration. If you have proof of charge you may be able to contest with the enforcement agency (not us). If you need help DM

@PoGo_Charge BEWARE using their charging points. I used the one at Holiday Inn Lincoln and got fined for parking. I literally only parked in their charging bay and left 2 minutes after I was finished
