I miss the @mets so much. The joys of Sept-Oct with them were the best in years. They were fun, they were so supportive of one another, they smiled, they hugged, they won amazing games! I need a new "drug" until February.

Budget cuts mean fewer advocates for crime victims. Over 40 precincts experienced changes in service due to the lack of funding. Thank you @LincolnRestler for drawing attention to this. We ask the City Council to join us in calling for the Mayor to restore the cut. #NYCNeedsCVAP

I joined @NBCAFV candlelight vigil for Domestic Violence Awareness Month. There were 1K DV 911 calls in @NYPD90Pct last year. We must stop this violence. Mayor cut $3M from @SafeHorizon's crime victim advocate program. 25% of precincts no longer have this critical resource.
