Church history backs wars: -Crusades by Pope Urban II -Reconquista endorsed by Vatican -Battle of Lepanto backed by Pope Pius V -Pope Callixtus III, Pope Pius II, and Pope Eugene IV called crusades against Ottoman expansion.

God does not bless any conflict. Anyone who is a disciple of Christ, the Prince of Peace, is never on the side of those who once wielded the sword and today drop bombs. Military action will not create space for freedom or times of #Peace, which comes only from the patient promotion of coexistence and dialogue among peoples.

Strickly an observation... Lance's responses are off. Far too wordy and eerily calm for a frantic fire drill. Rather than "Got it. On my way now" he asks Tyler for help crafting an excuse to leave his parents' house. And why does he linger to explain the excuse he gave them at all? Buying time? Reluctance? Or perhaps... not Lance at all?

LANCE: "i'm not gonna be able to leave." LANCE: "whats something urgent I would need to leave for?" TYLER: "you could say there's an emergency at home that I need you for." LANCE: "i said i'm swapping laundry, heading home now." TYLER: "nice. I will see you soon" TYLER: "coworker has just sent me the still of me on campus. What is your eta" LANCE: "like three minutes"

Just last month Maduro's regime had arrested a Cardinal and confiscasted his passport. But we know the way to fight it.
