I recently visited the @PostOffice Cash Hub that serves East London. We spoke about access to cash, the impact of street bank closures and cash infrastructure and movement. I also had a briefing on how to recognise counterfeit notes using features like holograms.

@PostOfficeNews @ChrisMcDonaldMP We have sent a parcel through the post office to go abroad. We have spent £33. While in transit the postage label has fallen off or was not put on even though we paid. Royal Mail and the Post Offics say different thingswe need a refund or going contact newspaper/TV company

@barbara_so38109 Hi Barbara, I'm sorry to hear this. However, Post Office Ltd is a separate company to Royal Mail. Royal Mail is responsible for the handling and delivery of mail. We recommend contacting @royalmail directly regarding this.

@PostOfficeNews Sad to say that a birthday card sent 1st class on the 3rd of September from Leicester to Northampton, finally made its appearance on the 20th of September!! Not very happy - birthday cards are not cheep and become meaningless after the event .
