Außerdem hilft der zweite satz schon weiter: vereinheitlichung von standards ist vor allem für wirtschaft im binnenmarkt von vorteil.

Das parlament wird deutlich gemacht haben, was nicht passt. Jetzt kann das Gesetz in veränderter Form erneut vorgelegt werden.
