@Crypto_guy1 To inform folks about changing trends in the security landscape. The ultimate goal is to get people to harden their security so that wrench attackers stop being so successful, which should disincentivize them from trying and thus make us all a bit safer.

We agree @JeffDean. Mass surveillance violating the 4th Amendment, the N’tl Security Act etc is illegal which is why the @DeptofWar would never do it. We also won’t have any BigTech company decide Americans’ civil liberties.

Agreed. Mass surveillance violates the Fourth Amendment and has a chilling effect on freedom of expression. Surveillance systems are prone to misuse for political or discriminatory purposes.
