@jrmallcock This is crazy. The government should impose rules so that electricity unit price increases the more you use. That way the big companies and people living in larger houses would be penalised for excess energy use and bills for moderate users wouldn’t change.

Why isn’t energy charged the same way tax is so that people who use the most pay more per unit? That would be an incentive for everyone to use less energy and minimise the impact to low income households. #EnergyPrices
