@ProfoundiTee @MimilovesCLC @CanadaFP It says that it applies to the West Bank (where Palestinians live), but doesn’t apply to “Israeli citizens”. The people who wrote the law made it very clear it’s written that way so Palestinians are executed and Jews aren’t. Are you playing dumb now?

It doesn’t say that anywhere in the law. The legislation…formally the Penal Law (Amendment – Death Penalty for Terrorists), passed by the Knesset on March 30, 2026 (62-47) - contains no mention of “Palestinians,” no reference to any ethnic or national group by name, & no clause that explicitly singles out Palestinians (or any other group) as targets. Before you spread that ‘Palestinians-only’ death-penalty myth, maybe crack open the actual bill. Integrity’s free, consider buying into it.

On this Passover its important to remember two things, the story of the exodus from Egypt and the suffering of the Israelites is completely made up. The suffering of the Palestinians today is real. We were never slaves in Egypt, but we enslave others today. חג שמח!

@RobertKlay2 @Terminus_Demos @IsraelinCanada 90% of terrorist attacks in the West Bank are done by Jewish radicals. So they draft an execution law that exempts Israeli citizens from capital punishment. Stop sugar coating this

@ProfessorDyl @Terminus_Demos @IsraelinCanada In the West Bank, attacks mainly target Israeli settlers, Israeli security forces, rival Palestinian groups or the Palestinian Authority’s security forces. There are also attacks between different factions in and around refugee camps. Right from Gov of Can website.

Israel in Canada
Israel in Canada@IsraelinCanada·
Israel, as a sovereign state, legislates its own laws. Canada is intervening in the midst of a sovereign state’s legislative process. Israel is facing murderous and brutal terrorism on a scale unmatched anywhere in the world. Palestinian terrorism is fueled by payments from the Palestinian Authority, as well as by abductions that lead to shortened prison terms for terrorists. Israeli law already permits capital punishment, and under the proposed new law, discretion over its application will remain with the courts. Canadian double standards: Canada repeatedly singles out Israel - we haven’t seen a tweet like about this when it comes to capital punishment in the United States, Japan, India, Egypt, or other countries.

But that’s not true. The apartheid justice system was heavily biased: sentencing was harsher for Black defendants (especially those convicted of killing Whites), the death penalty was applied disproportionately in such cases, and legal aid and fair-trial protections were weaker for non-Whites.

“Even the apartheid regime in South Africa did not dare to say that if a black man kills a white man, he will be executed. But if a white man kills a black man, he will not be. What Israel did…it is exactly that saying that a Palestinian could be sentenced to death penalty, but an Israeli no for the same crime.” -@MustafaBarghou1 on Israel’s new death penalty law.

It’s important to understand that the pressure on Israel has never been greater. The US is losing everything it worked decades for all for Israel — allies, bases, reputation, intelligence, decades gone in smoke. That’s how much Israel has cost the US: it’s killing the empire.

Canada joins its partners in expressing concern about the death penalty law passed by the Israeli Knesset that, in practice, systematically targets Palestinians. This discriminatory law adds to a growing list of actions which enables illegal settler violence while dehumanizing the Palestinian people. Canada unequivocally opposes its application. We reaffirm our commitment to human rights and the global movement to abolish the death penalty.

Israel is its own free democratic nation, not governed by you. No one killed, butchered, and raped 1195 Canadians on Oct 7. If they had, I’m more than sure new laws would have been enacted. These laws haven’t happened in a vacuum. People who commit terror acts against Israelis are terrorists subject to Israeli laws. You just confirmed you support terrorists against Israel and you want them to have more rights than their Israeli victims. I would bet you celebrated the evil of Hamas on Oct 7th. Your every action confirms it. You are a supporter of terror against Israel in every nuanced word or phrase.

Winding down the war is the right call, but for any peace agreement/exit plan to work we must restrain Israel 1st. Israel will thwart any peace deal or come back to us in a few months demanding more support to topple the Ayatollahs & IRGC unless we restrain them now. Restraining the Israelis means taking away the military aid & support they need to conduct offensive military ops in Iran.

@academic_la What % of the total budget is that $45 billion?

With everyone talking about the death penalty (rightfully so) everyone is ignoring the truly horrific budget that the Israeli government just passed. Here are some of the highlights: 1) The Ministry of Defense budget grew by 20% to $45 billion, the largest in Israel's history, as sirens from the ongoing war with Iran interrupted the very session in which it was passed. 2) Despite the direct threat of missile strikes, the budget for a program protecting against unconventional weapons was cut by 37%. 3) Billions in discretionary funds (approximately NIS 5 billion) were preserved to fulfill political promises to ultra-Orthodox and settler factions, even as essential social services faced painful cuts. 4) Settlements and National Missions Ministry: Received NIS 400 million ($129.5 million) to support right-wing and religious activities, including NIS 138 million specifically for West Bank settlements. 5) Meanwhile social services were slashed. Cuts of approximately NIS 23.4 million, despite warnings from the Health Minister that the ministry is as vital as defense during wartime. A reduction of NIS 27.5 million to welfare impacting services for vulnerable populations at a time of increased national trauma. Standard public schools saw cuts of NIS 38.3 million, even as the surprise NIS 800 million was added for ultra-Orthodox schools that do not teach core subjects. 6) To manage a deficit target of 4.9% of GDP, the budget includes a rise in Value-Added Tax (VAT) to 18%, increased National Insurance payments, and higher utility prices for water and electricity. Essentially a tax on the poor. 7) A freeze on income tax brackets and tax credit points effectively lowers real post-tax wages by not adjusting them for inflation. 8) Public sector workers will see a reduction in their "convalescence pay" (recovery days), effectively losing about NIS 800 per year. 9) Funding for socio-economic development in Arab communities was slashed by approximately NIS 2 billion, affecting education, health, and crime-prevention programs. The end result is a militaristic country, squeezing what remains of its secular society to fund bombs, settlements and Jewish theocracy, while making life worse for anyone who is not a settler or ultra-orthodox and completely disregarding the needs of its minorities. This is the budget of a theocratic war machine on the decline.

@Investooooooor @ripblackmamba @AdrianP_doc Because Russia is a state and Israel isn’t. Russian law applies to everyone within Russian territory. Israel doesn’t have borders or even claimed borders. It has no universal laws in the area it controls. It’s basically a Jewish mob in control of a territory.

Liran Ben Zion was killed in South Lebanon in battle with Hezbollah. His mother cried: ""Enough already, enough of these funerals. Enough of this pain of the children who go and lie here in the ground. What are all these lives worth? What are all these lives worth? Enough with the wars, make peace already." When will we make peace?

@TheIsraelink @ripblackmamba @AdrianP_doc Is that why Israel passed a law to execute Palestinians convicted in its kangaroo courts who resist occupation while “denying Israel’s right to exist”? They clearly care if they execute people over it.

@AdrianP_doc Calling Israel’s existence a “mistake” ignores why it exists—after centuries of persecution culminating in the Holocaust, Jews exercised the same right to self-determination every other nation claims. You can criticize leaders without denying a nation’s right to exist.

Your language coming as "white supremacy" says more about bias than facts. You’re missing a basic fact: Jews did not just suddenly appear there. Jewish communities existed there long before the modern state, even though additional Jews immigrated later. So criticizing modern Israel is one thing, but pretending Jews have no historical presence there is simply false. Very interesting — the same voices that are loud when it comes to criticizing Israel are completely silent about what’s happening in $Nigeria and the violence against Christian communities in places like Syria. That pattern is hard to ignore.

allowing this vermin to have a state was humanity's greatest mistake. who else on this planet is tantalized by mass murder? who else in the world protests for the RIGHT to systematically rape? who else toasts the passing of a law that allows the state to hang individuals who were kidnapped from their homes, tortured, raped, and languishing in their dungeons without charge or trial? the abyss of Jewish supremacist depravity is bottomless.
