No shoto-type character should ever be placed in bottom tier in SF6, the game literally designed around shotos.
Everyone else is designed around adding/removing their traits (fireball, DP, cr mk>DR, throw loops, easy oki). The fewer of these you have, the less stable you are.

@HomeDepotemkin If you haven't gone to the doctor to get your ear cleaned, you should, as that could be one potential factor of tinnitus. There's also steroids your doctor could prescribe to see if it helps with tinnitus. I would wait a week and see how it goes, sometimes it can go away-

I think a lot of people seem to out masc presenting people like this as a safety signal or a "this one's a good one" type beat. Doesn't make it right, and the nature of it is a bit problematic, and I could be wrong, but my hunch makes me think that and not something w ill will
