I spent 100+ hours investigating the war between Elon Musk and Sam Altman. Including: - 50+ pages of court filings - dozens of leaked emails - OpenAI's founding documents What I found is not a story about "AI Safety." It's a story of betrayal, jealousy, and a secret corporate coup. Here are 7 shocking details everyone missed 🧵 Elon's going to hate this...

@lukepierceops Great article, how much do you think your lead magnate was impacted by the the channels you picked? For example, I don’t know of many plumbers or contractors on LinkedIn

If you sell AI automation services, this data is basically your entire marketing strategy. Your messaging, VSL, content angles, objection handling. All of it is in here. Stop guessing and build your sales process around what the market actually said.

Most sellers feel pressure to immediately start the demo in call #2. You promised them the demo. But you have more questions from the first call. This strategy will help you earn the right to continue discovery and fill in gaps. All in the spirit of giving them the best, most precise demo. 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗮 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮, 𝗜 𝘁𝗲𝗲 𝘂𝗽: "I actually relistened to our call on Monday and took notes. I'd love to get your perspective on what I understand so far to make sure the demo is more personalized." Pull up slide and give a 45-second overview. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝘀𝗸: "What did I miss or potentially misunderstand here?" "If you had built this slide, what would you add?" 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗲: * Review the first call and note critical details (metrics, pain points, initiatives) * Use their exact verbiage (if they call SDRs "MDRs," use that term) * It's ok to leave "???" or “___” for questions you still have The biggest advantage? You don't need perfect discovery in call #1. Get the most important parts, generate intrigue, then fill in gaps in call #2. Template: closedwon.xyz/agenda-slide/ Happy weekend all 🦙

@seanb2b What do you count as validation? 5+ meetings in your first 2 weeks? 4%+ positive response rate on your cold email offer? Do you schedule meetings before having a product? I agree with the concept but curious about the details

Most people do this when trying to start a business: Idea → build → try to sell → no one buys → abort When instead it should be: Idea → validate → build → scale

My team has spent the last two months working on getting things set up to release a video every 1-2 week moving forward starting this weekend (assuming everything goes smoothly) I agree with your assessment and want to see if hitting a weekly posting schedule like fern will still work but in order to do that I had to up my monthly production budget close to $15k and tone down the animation to more simplistic animations So math doesn’t look good without AI but we’re looking at options to speed up production and reduce costs. I’ll know in 5-6 weeks if a weekly posting schedule is enough

It seems like the alghoritm wants 2-3 videos a week and viewers don't care whether it's made by AI or not. Is this the beginning of the end for creativity on the platform? @YouTubeCreators

Clawdbot creator @steipete describes his mind-blown moment: it responded to a voice memo, even though he hadn't set it up for audio or voice. "I sent it a voice message. But there was no support for voice messages. After 10 seconds, [Moltbot] replied as if nothing happened." "I'm like 'How the F did you do that?'" "It replied, 'You sent me a message, but there was only a link to a file with no file ending. So I looked at the file header, I found out it was Opus, and I used FFmpeg on your Mac to convert it to a .wav. Then I wanted to use Whisper, but you didn't have it installed. I looked around and found the OpenAI key in your environment, so I sent it via curl to OpenAI, got the translation back, and then I responded.'"

This is great advice if you’re going to get started with Clawdbot. Someone is going to exploit all of the opening quick. It will be painful for those who become victims due to not closing down their systems properly Don’t be one of them

Doing some more platform blending 😄 - Tripo initial highpoly generation - Hunyuan 3D Studio for lowpoly + auto UV unwrap - Trellis2 in ComfyUI for texturing + upscaling. Tripo worked the best with my 2 reference images (front side + side view) to create the initial 3D model. First time testing Hunyuan 3D Studio and it created the best lowpoly version with very good cylindrical shapes. The platform also has a UV unwrap tool so I don't have to do this manually in Blender. For texturing i'm using Trellis2 in ComfyUI. The projection is pretty solid and I can add nodes to upscale with AI to make the 2K textures more clean. Now the next step is rigging and animating to use in UEFN!

The style compliment is great but don’t mix the compliment with tease, isolate them to separate topics. You can give women a sincere unique compliment and then tease them 30 seconds later about something else in the convo as you’re chatting to keep it playful. Otherwise you just sound like 2000s mystery pickup bullshit.

COMPLIMENT WOMEN A LOT But ditch the generic, needy simp lines. “You’re gorgeous!, You’re beautiful!” Pff—she’s heard that a thousand times. It’s boring, safe, zero spark. Instead, hit her with something fresh, playful, and a little bold: [Thread]

@imatteo Show the channel that got demonetized. If it’s justified everyone will know. If it’s unfair everyone will retweet. Complaining about this and not showing what content got nuked is knowing you got caught doing something wrong and complaining anyway

This is world class advice. What size company do you think this becomes prohibitive? Let's say it you have 200 people in the company. By then you have a CRO and probably a sales org of like 15-20+ people. Would you find a new person to be your company champion? One of the things I did was mirror the role. So if we were targeting a CMO, we would have the message come from our CMO with me CCed. If we were targeting CFOs I would have our CFO do it. At 200 people it was much easier to get our team members 1 layer down from the CEO to do things. But it had a secondary benefit of giving them a networking opportunity so they were happy to do it (as long as it worked a high % of the time)

When you are a smaller start up, the founder/CEO + AE outreach combo is one of the best ways to pull in larger prospects. I set the majority of my large prospect meetings this way. $5 million+ in pipeline in 20 months at current role Here's my approach: 1. I research the companies and come up with a compelling reason for us to open a partnership convo. I sit on these accounts and call lower level folks to gather intel for a while. When there's a change of the timing is right, I know it's time for the play. 2. engage my CEO with a few bullet points of what to write and who to reach out to. I usually pair with another founder or CEO and have their secondary tagged as well (CRO/CTO) 3. CEO shoots off the email with me included. Some flattery or congrats about their new role or product launch + plus an offer to discuss partnership and a compelling use case. 80% reply rate if my instincts are correct and we book a call. Pull in CEO for first call and I take the sales cycle from there and keep everyone in the loop
