The factory pay is worth it over every other job that you don't need qualifications/experience for, British people just don't have the grind in them to do it.

@PvmaFPS @IronDuke64 @DeOne___ That stat doesn't account hours. The average salary for a factory worker as you will see online is £13-£14 an hour, the shifts are usually 5-6 days a week each 11 hours (can also find this stat online), which for £13 an hour comes out at around 40k as I said.

@PvmaFPS @IronDuke64 @DeOne___ £15 an hour in a factory comes out at around 40k a year which is above the average salary in the UK, not to mention plentiful promotion opportunities to higher paying roles like machine operation, supervisor, and even engineering. Line supervisors get kpi bonuses too.

@IronDuke64 @DeOne___ Immigrants do the jobs that British people won't. Factories hire ANYONE who shows up, British people dont because the shifts are long and brutal. I have worked in these, and almost every worker is an immigrant. Be thankful they prop up the economy. They are also great NHS workers

🚨 JUST NOW 🚨 HobbyR34 just had all of his mods completely removed from NexusMods Nexus staff removed every direct Patreon link mention as they asked. Then Nexus just nuked mods everything because his Twitter links to a Carrd, which links to Patreon. They are now saying even indirect links through your own Twitter count as a violation of their donation rules. This is actually odd. Nexus doesn’t own your personal Twitter or what you put in your own bio/links. Support HobbyR34 for making mods!

MW2019 has a massive player resurgence, yet they’re still not fixing the matchmaking or the bugged maps that’ve been missing from rotation for years.
I wish these companies gave a fuck about their older games, or at least gave fans some power to sort things out to some degree :/

Genuinely used to be one of those “this is a good starter anime” people but then I saw some post saying “Do you think Japanese people say stuff like ‘you should start with Family Guy before advancing to South Park’” and it changed my whole view.
