@RBI i need your help @theroarbank is doing wrong with me 20 days for a complaint zero customer support they are just demanding unnecessary time 16000/- amount is stuck in there bank and not resolving issue and completely ignoring me i have all chats and screenshot i can share

@theroarbank I am writing this with extreme frustration and disappointment regarding my unresolved complaint (Ticket ID: 42308), which has now been pending for over 16 days without any proper resolution or meaningful update. @UnitySFBank your customer service is 💩 piece of shit

@RBI you may come in and help me @theroarbank customer service is very cheap and they are not evening reacting to my losses imy payment is stuck and they want i can wait unnecessarily 15 days for a payment and getting zero results. Now they want more days i want justice

@theroarbank i made a call to roarbank customer services. Person named Pramod Gupta gave me commitment that my issue will be resolved by today but nothing happened yet and this is why i lost my trust from roarbank. @theroarbank u should be responsible for what you customer facing

@UnitySFBank I called unity small finance bank too. But they said its just a partner bank we dont take any gaurantee if roarbank you can call to raorbank if you have any queries unity bank is not related to roarbank. Agar relate nahi karte responsibility nhi le sakte to kis baat ki partner??

@theroarbank this bank is total useless. 14 din pehele payment kiya tha abhi tak clear nhi hun or deadline phle 5 din fer 3 din aise karte karte 14 din krdiye. Ghatiya bank ghatiya customer services 20 mssg mei se reply ek ka milta hai,call uthate nhi hain @RBI #rbi #frustration
