@virginmedia impossible got me to return equipment with any of your options as I am leaving the country. Have explained this a lot to various call centre people. Can I just drop the kit off at an O2 shop without official packaging?

@virginmedia I’ve dropped my hub into an 02 store without packaging. I have included my account no & area reference. With no other way to contact Virgin Media to inform again that I won’t be in the country if you send out packaging, I’m using this forum to confirm I have returned the hub.

@virginmedia Actually. Done all of those. But it still hasn’t arrived and I move out of the country so no point in me sending a request for more packaging that won’t arrive. So can I just take it to an 02 store?

@virginmedia I’ve done the suggested troubleshooting on my broadband hub and on rebooting it began downloading software (according to the light definitions) and it’s been going on for over an hour…www suggests that’s not a good thing, app messaging not working…help

@virginmedia And if I do it now it is just going to tell me that the hub isn’t set up properly because it can’t be following the pinhole reset. I need a better solution from you pls
