@Invested_In_You I'd look at it the opposite way - if they had a paid off home, would they take out a mortgage to invest in the market? If not, they should pay off the mortgage. If so, then invest!

What would you do in this situation? Clients just received an inheritance of $350k cash They have a mortgage at 4.8% with a balance of $327k We ran some numbers and found they would save $269k of interest by paying off the entire mortgage today. And it would save them the monthly payment of $1,800 for the next 28 years (around $604k) If they took the $327k and invested it conservatively they would earn $933k in interest over the next 28 years. Not accounting for taxes. My clients have made their decision. What would you do in their situation?

That works until you hire someone non-technical and then your operating system doesn't scale. I think EOS has a lot of layers that allow it to work from frontline team members to the executives

I think EOS is by far the most simple and easy to understand operating system. Scaling Up is great, but you have to be a student of business for it to make any sense (all just my opinion)
