@Rybread_26 @charlesallen @chenderson And I, as a bartender who ACTUALLY, lives and works in DC, will spend every day fighting to keep my tips that you all successfully ended (and I’m happy to show paychecks of how i82 cut my income by 30-50%). And the real bartenders are not threatening lawmakers like you lobbyists.

I-82 NEWS: Ahead of tomorrow's final D.C. Council vote on the '26 budget, @charlesallen and @chenderson will introduce a compromise amendment splitting the difference between those who want to repeal Initiative 82 (which phases out the tipped wage) and those who want to keep it.
