@K_Selected_ @RapidResponse47 @SecWar I think that’s case for most red-blooded men. I will never advocate for separate “standards”…because then it’s not actually a standard. The reality is, most women can’t hang. It’ll sort itself out naturally.

I hear you and can understand the logic in your argument. Maybe I'm just old fashioned, but I have an instinct to keep women out of harms way. The old 'women and children first' adage still rings true for me. Equality makes that null and void. Unless you want the best of both worlds. (not saying that's you). Personally I can't imagine saying to a women, 'I'm taking the seat in the lifeboat because you're just as good a swimmer as me'.
