Remote Access server is down at the moment. Your machine will still water the program that you have set. This just means you can't access the device using your app or web browser. #IndependentByDesign #RainMachine

@Micromutt @leadsrating And to answer your question: No, we do not pay for any reviews you may find on the market. We prefer honest reviews always. Thank you. Please update your RainMachine firmware version. Also, we are here to help. Thank you!

@RainMachineSPK @leadsrating Did you pay them? Not more features. Not more settings. Yea looks good. Easy install. BUT... Cant even do seasonal programs. Cant reorder zones. Cant chain programs. Torn between returning it or smashing it. Do you even water bro?
English

@Micromutt Hi. Sorry about that. Please update your RainMachine firmware version because now you have: seasonal program, reorder zones, chain programs through ifttt.com from day 1 and other additions. Hope this helps. Thank you.

@SanjayAroraIN But, if you are using a smart soil moisture sensor, like Edyn, then you can link it with the RainMachine using IFTTT.
English

@thewifigarden @jpayne1975 @_rachio This is done outside and independent of RainMachine capabilities. But again, using watering restrictions can be helpful too. Thank you!
English

@thewifigarden @jpayne1975 @_rachio "per month" water limit can be set only using a smart water flow sensor that will cut off the water supply when the limit is reached.
English

@thewifigarden @jpayne1975 @_rachio Hi, George. Indeed, using Rainmachine you can set watering restrictions by months, days and even hours of the day intervals. Thank you!
English

@SanjayAroraIN Unfortunately the RainMachine doesn't work with any soil moisture sensor. Because most sensor are only accurate within 5ft of its diameter.
English

@Akitadoggers Its pretty easy, all you have to do is go to the watering can and click the Play button and put the time you want to manually Water for.

English

@LENNONPhotos Hi, have you tried contacting the support team? Email at help@rainmachine.com phones lines are also open on weekends.
English

@Jowanza Yes you can use an outdoor enclosure bit.ly/rmwaterproof, but you have to be sure it is not placed in direct sunlight.
English

@Jowanza Then the Touch HD-12 will serve you very well. It doesn't require a cloud connectivity, has a local touch interface, easy to set up.
English

@Harris_Bryan Hi, Unfortunately there is no direct connection. However you can use IFTTT to connect both machines. Something to add on next update.
English

@bachya We will follow/troubleshoot it up on support. Thank you.
