Huge thank you to Bonnie& Marie from @AmericanAir check in desk Chicago. They went above & beyond to get the owners of Rainbow back to the UK last week. They personally did a huge amount to fix an oversight of our own making and we're wonderful. AA all the way for us from now on!

@ParkLaneBlock40 @PoppyisaYid Got the same issue. 58 times so far for my daughter. I'm wondering if its the new UK passport that's the problem because I had no issue with my driving licence but she doesn't have one. It's ridiculous that we have to go through this

@GNRailUK Lauren, this won't work at all. The increase in passengers each week is massive. 2 trains an hour won't cope next week as they are FULL to capacity atm. If people can't get on then there's a 30min wait for another packed train where everyone is squashed cheek to cheek already

@GNRailUK guys, when are you going to increase trains? From 5 down to 2 at rush hour is no longer practical. Every week passengers increasing dramatically & today there was no room at all We're being told to socially distance all day long, yet we're like sardines on your trains
