Building a car that literally disintegrates and blaming the driver for not performing is diabolical management.
Bottas was subpar in Canada, but when a driver is multiple seconds off the pace of the next car it points to wider issues.
Drivers of Valtteri and Checo’s calibre should never be separated by more than tenths in normal circumstances.
At the moment, Cadillac is the net equivalent to HRT/Caterham/Marussia which is embarrassing given their resources.
Putting Herta of all drivers in that seat would tell everyone that Cadillac’s true intentions are nothing but a PR stunt
