@davis_pickup I wish God would give me a miracle for mine. If I could just walk, that's all I care about. I don't care about the numbness or anything. I was diagnosed in 2011 with it and about six years ago I ended up having to be in a wheelchair. I pray every night.

I'm sure it will Maye. I too survived hardships (aggressive multiple sclerosis diagnosed in 1984 at 30). It resulted in paralysis that put me in an electric wheelchair. God gave me a miracle 2018; He raised me to stand on atrophied legs & walk away from my w/c in old age (65).

I don’t know about you, but I get tired of all the “cures” for Multiple Sclerosis that people push my way. I did a quick search on the word “cure” from Google and found a cure for everything. Seriously! I now have the answer to every ailment, disease and problem that exists today…that is if you believe the internet to be 100% truth...

Have you ever been diagnosed with an incurable disease before Catherine? It's a lot to take, not to mention it can take away your site, your speech, your ability to walk. Don't act like you know something about this. Counseling doesn't help. I was in a depression for over 10 years because of multiple sclerosis. It took a long time for me to look at life differently. Now I'm way better off on the other end.

@theprojecttv She definitely needs to get some counselling- that’s an awful way to look at life after getting that diagnosis.

But the truth is… this is part of living with multiple sclerosis. With MS, you never really know how your day is going to go. Not just from day to day—but from moment to moment, even second to second. One minute you may feel okay, and the next, everything can shift. The fatigue, the pain, the muscle spasms, the overwhelming feeling that your body just isn’t cooperating—it can all hit without warning. There are days when things feel manageable, and then there are days when everything feels completely out of control. And sometimes, it can make you feel a little “crazy,” trying to keep up with a body that won’t stay consistent. The hardest part is that from the outside, people don’t always see it. Unless you live this life, it’s hard to truly understand what it’s like to have multiple sclerosis. It’s not just being tired. It’s not just having a bad day. It’s living in a body that can change without notice, constantly adjusting, constantly pushing through. And that takes strength—more than most people realize. As this month, Multiple Sclerosis Awareness Month, comes to an end, I just want to say this: Awareness matters. Understanding matters. And compassion matters. For those of us living with MS, we’re doing the best we can every single day—even on the days when it doesn’t look like much from the outside. So if you know someone with MS, be patient with them. Be kind. Try to understand, even if you can’t fully see what they’re going through. And if you’re someone like me, living this journey—just know you’re not alone. @copethencry @elonmusk I got diagnosed with MS in 2011. I haven't been able to walk for the last six years. It really sucks. I think God that I have not lost my speech or sight people like your mom are real warriors.
