Want to know if your training is beneficial or not? Does your training improve your performance on the field? If yes, then you are good to go. If no, then you are wasting resources and time. As an athlete your work shouldn't go to waste.💯

Most athletes underestimate the importance of the basics. Some of the most successful sport/tactical athletes I know are the ones that spend the most time on the fundamentals. They can do them tired, sore, on command, without notice, hell even hungover. Master the basics.

If no one has told you yet... "You have permission to fail. You're just not allowed to quit."

If your "effort" doesn't equal your club, bat, ball, run speed then you have an inefficiency somewhere... "How effortlessly can you set a new speed PR?", is a great place to start. 💯
