@RealnamesHQ I need urgent support. First the renewal of my family's addresses did not go through automatically. logged in and renewed a day later. Reactivated the addresses but we can't log in. My request for help on the web/email has been met with silence. Can't call (not US)

Hi @RealnamesHQ, can you clear up some confusion please? I received a renewal email from @hover to renew my email for $55 but your site who host the domain and provide the service state "Your first address is $35/year. Each additional address is only $10".
