@jet2tweets I suppose it depends if you can do anything for me. The member of your team on your telephone number said there is nothing he can do for me and told me to email. Email says 28 days or longer to respond! Thats not even for a resolution, just a reply!

Wow, I'm gobsmacked. @jet2tweets you trash my luggage, promise a replacement within 10 days, but nothing is received and I have to wait possibly longer than 28 days for a reply from your customer service dept who you can only email! @TUIUK for our next trip I think.

We are both @thesausagemanuk customers and I'm concerned that they have had a data breach or have sold our data to a 3rd party. Both of which would be a #GDPR breach @ICOnews
