1.5 years ago I decided to change something in my life. No big moment, no dramatic story. I just started Over this time, I’ve lost around 20 kg .

And this post is not the end of the journey. There’s still a lot to improve and a lot to work on. This is just one stage I’ve gone through.

I’m not saying you should completely cut all of that out. Everything has its place — just in moderation. There’s a simple phrase I started from: The best time to start was a year ago. The second best time is now.
