I think the fairways are still to come😂, but the expansive views @HankleyC look spectacular in all weathers. Didn’t faze @darrencharlton1 from @DunstableGolf - 31 on the back nine 👏 without any chip ins or long putts. #31 @GolfMonthly this course just gets better and better.

2005 vs 2025 'Over time there were a lot of trees close to greens, you had a lot of shade issues, you didn’t get the air flow and would get water drop-off, which can generally knock things back. Now the greens and the areas around the greens have significantly improved'

Happy 68th birthday to three-time Open champion and Honorary Member Sir Nick Faldo. @Sir_NickFaldo won the Car Care Plan International in 1984, in front of over 20,000 fans, to defend the title that he had won at Sand Moor. Both times Howard Clark would take second spot.

Final day and a climatic ending. Unbeknown to the Northcliffe team they ‘only’ had to score 5 stableford points on the imposing 447 yard final hole to win. They came up one short so the Baildon team waiting in the clubhouse prevailed. So glad we paid the good weather supplement☀️

@Redacreuk @fdarena If you have the money I’d recommend eventtravel.com They’re the official seller for premium packages and I’ve used them the last two tours. I got Glasgow tickets from them today. 100% official and guaranteed. Worth a try if you can afford it.

@fdarena Hopeless trying to get tickets today on presale for Bob Dylan. Use mobile data, switch off VPN, regular user yet still get targeted as a bot. Selected advertised tickets are sold. Try five alternatives then get blocked out. So frustrating

The North Leeds Classic enters its second day @SandMoorGC and we are not last👍 This was the last time I saw my ProV1 having ‘swiped left’ into the trees from back of the 11th. Great event and warm camaraderie. Shout out to Patrick … who just makes the event run so seamlessly.

A soil importation success story complete with a new short game area, driving range and full course irrigation. Implementation was no doubt challenging but what an amazing legacy for the next generation of @headingleygolf member. And it shows. Course conditioning was 🔥
