@jasonmyrt So sorry to hear this, Jason. Sending positive thoughts your way. You got this! Thank you for sharing your journey with us. I am sure it has helped many people out there.
I will not be performing tomorrow’s Flyers Daily episode. I have really been struggling lately, especially mentally. I had a sudden and significant spike in a blood marker very prevalent with Colorectal Cancer called CEA from a blood test 11 days ago. My oncologist scheduled me instantly for new CT Scans of my chest and abdomen which I had last Thursday. And an MRI of my pelvis which I had this morning. I have an appt tomorrow morning with my oncologist to go over the results which appear to be good news. But this mental element of dealing with Cancer is very real and very rough. I won’t sugarcoat it. I left the game after the 2nd intermission out of energy and mentally exhausted. I will get a good nights rest and reset to get back after it tomorrow. @BSmithFlyers has the pod covered for everyone. Thanks for understanding. LGF!!!

@jasonmyrt@PennMedicine@NHLFlyers Such incredibly good news. Congratulations Jason. Your transparency throughout your journey is inspiring and will have helped so many people, both in terms of staying on top of their health, as well as the shift by shift approach you took during your battle. Very happy for you!
Where I'll be watching the @NHLFlyers home opener from in a few days...
I guess will probably be only person in the country watching #Flyers!
Would be impressed if anyone can guess where?

@skilligan@ArizonaCoyotes They had to take a big swing. His interview seemed to suggest that he may try to come over earlier. Philly’s gonna suck for next few years anyways. May as well keep drafting high!
@RegManhas@ArizonaCoyotes I'm torn as he's good but long ways away and may stay in Russia longer with big monies that will be thrown at him.wasn't surprised Habs didn't take him but good for Philly as that may make up for passing on Caufield
@charlieo_conn My family and I were visiting Montreal for Thanksgiving and went to the game. Met Philippe Myers parents in our section after the game, such nice people. Feels like a lifetime ago.
Oh god, that Ivan Provorov end-to-end OT goal was the last time the Flyers actually played in Montreal? That's ridiculous. What a last two years this has been.
Last week's EITI Board meeting, hosted by the Government of #Ethiopia, was the first full, two-day meeting of the new EITI Board. What are the main takeaways, and what should you look out for in the coming months? #EITIAddisAbaba19@HelenClarkNZeiti.org/blog/three-tak…
